Lol monster speed is good,anyone knows did they disable the mana recovery for necros too?
as my minds was travelling somewhere.....

what about add any fixed number of mana per wave? (maybe after finishig wave, betweem end of one and beginning the next one)
so, mana recovery remains functional and too no endless boring waiting to go full mana

And as you see its the same thing that make the fights longer just that here we dont have the fun of unlimited magic power.
I'm also getting bored if the game being way too long...
what a waste of time... better for me sitting next to my children...
but in order to fulfill the unsatisfactory for the wizards...
the admin should consider for us to gain as much points as the barbs!
if u look at the result, phewww it's way too impossible to gain same point with other factions... this is likely unfair
plz consider back for us to use mana recovery during tournaments...

I watched the battle of the winner of first tournament at level 9.
Watching zombies chasing genies and not attacking magi made me laugh. AI did not hit gargoyles unless they were last units standing. AI failed here.
I do not agree that admins blocked mana recovery. If they do not want wizards play 8 hours, they should change:
-AI should attack gargoyles first.
-Units speed increases just like in hunts.
And if this does not help they should set limit of turns for every wave. If you exceed the number the next wave would have speed increased by the number of turns over the limit.

I's normal. Admin do it spesially. And I think it is good, else you will play more than 3 hours.
it seems pretty unfair to players with normal real life to try to compete with kids who have unlimited free time to stick to the computer and mommy and daddy to care about everything else. the restriction is adequate and i doubt it will be changed due to the couple of whines.

they didn't change the rule on russian server, and you can imagine how many wiz players whined there. so, you people might just as well give it up here.

what does it matter if other factions will do better than wizards? you don't compete against them, and i don't remember people playing as elves complained that they were so weak before this change.

i think that this is great for wizards (time-saving, and you get to enroll few times more), the server would work better (less battles at once), and you might try some other char-building options - sounds interesting?

Well as it doesnt make fights faster this rule is pointless.
And pointless rules shall allways be canceled.

Well look at post 24 before stating something. Without Manarecovery the fights arent much faster if you want to win.
And if not dont use mana recovery.
@Makkadihm. You obviously have the time to spend hours and hours running gargoyles around, saving up the mana, blow up the enemy, save up mana, etc, etc. Many others do not. Stop being short sighted and thinking about your own desire to win at all costs. Think of the bigger picture.

Most wizards will not join the tournament if they have no chance of winning. They know to win they must be willing to set aside hours of their time. Many people wont do that.

The game admins have a choice. Satisfy a small group of selfish, myopic people who somehow think that winning by willing to be more tedious than others is some kind of accomplishment... or satisfy the majority of wizard players by making the tournament about tactics and skill, not a willingness to burn 8 hours of your life away.
But as Makkadihm stated before you still need a lot of time, while you run around with gargs to kill a stack of golems or zombies with your hero to get one of the first places. So disabling the effects of manarecovery doesn't make the fights shorter, but even more boring.
Of course it depends of the creatures that show up.
