I'll tell ya what I've seen happen, MyDoom, a lot of cheater gold has gone to a lot of the Military Clans. Cheaters got blocked, members got evicted, and I didn't see any refunds.
I used to return a lot of the gold from members that quit or that I evicted (for any reason), but then I was told that Clan donations don't need to be returned for any reason by someone else, who was told that by Arctic. So I sent away over a hundred thousand of our clan funds back to people that quit game, were blocked, etc.
So you don't have to. You should use that money to help out your clan mates :) That's what clan money is for, anyway.
