| Ok make it fair penalty for ppl who are lvl 11 with plus 5k enrolls cause they did not play much or use many arts. No penatly for people who did not enroll many times ect. No penalty for level 13-14 cause fights on that level are hard not level 10 or 11(you don t have too play only ambushes). |
| If anyone read the current LG rule thread. The rule actually discourages fighting for higher levels. So for that sake the rule needs to be removed after level 10 just so players above that can make sure they have what they need for fights. |
