considering there are some relatives "just in game, not in real life"

By relatives I never meant that funny role play thing we do with people we have never met. Also it is not targeted against real friends, people from the same connection and so I hope. Its just against the abuse of the relatives status by multis(which becomes more and more common).

And of course it needs some tuning and rephrasing, I just present the general idea.
Any terms like "multi", "siblings", "parents", "children" etc. should mean absolutely nothing from the point of view of admins.

It shouldn't be such thing as "report all your multis" in your personal page at all.

Common, we live in 21th century.
All rules should be applied automatically (not by some person, but by a program, and instantly).

Players from the same IP shouldn't be able to:
1) transfer any gold (to each other)
2) transfer any items (to each other)
3) buy anything (from each other)
4) enchant (each others items)
5) repair (each others items)
6) play "two towers" game (with each other)
7) fight in the same battle in PvP
8) join each others' hunts

Yes, even those players who are behind the same router and don't know each other at all. It wouldn't harm their game if they couldn't do those things with less than 1% of players (unless they are cheaters).

More players can be behind the same proxy server (about 1% or less).
Not a big problem.
Anyway, players can always disable "use proxy server" (unless they have a stupid internet provider, who uses proxy server).

It is easy to implement these things:

To check a public IP of players is really easy.

If a players plays from several IP then collect all those IP. Yes, that player would have more restrictions, but it wouldn't be a problem, because even 100 different IP hardly collide with other players’ IP, because there are billions of different IP in the world.

For binghuo:
yes, if you have many friends and your friends connect to their accounts from your IP (at least once) then you shouldn't be able to do any mentioned things with them. :)

One problem left:
the same person can always log in to his 2 different accounts from different IP (ex, from home PC and wireless Laptop; or from home and from work).

In this case there is no problem at all, because such person can be treated as two completely different players and he doesn't have to report anything. And he shouldn't be forced to hide it and shouldn't be called a cheater. It should be absolutely legal. One mistake (one login from the same IP) and he will automatically restrict his accounts for future actions.

You can put some restrictions for such players, but those restrictions should be applied to ALL players (ex, amount of gold transferred per month, etc., whatever).
And, again, it should be done automatically.

Very good suggestion
I agree that an automatic solution should be nice, but I have some question:

- Dynamic IP still exist (or stupid provider) how many people will be concerned? (it depend on your country, and for example in France on the size of your town)

- How many nomad player (hotel / internet cafe, phone enrolling...) will be concerned?

- It seems possible with IP control to have 10 mults enrolling at work feeding one main playing at home.

I see no problem with IP control for GB, Ambush and 2 Towers games.

Would it be possible / fair to have an automatic detection of transfer inbalance?
Problems:
- you have to take in account the value of smith / enchanting
- you have to count value for rare items /elements
- you have to manage 'web' of mult, or indirect feeding
Advandtages:
- automatic loan control
- automatic 30% gift control
- no more one way feeding.

I totally agree to this idea. Every rule that can stop or at least slow down cheaters is welcome
the p[oint is there is no Admin here to enforce it and there probably wont be for several more months,(they only come here once a year now)

Dynamic IP (i.e. local IP) doesn't mean anything.
There is no way to detect your local IP from outside (routers don't forward your local IP), but even if you do somehow detect it, it might change next time (if there is DHCP), so there is no point to try to detect your (local IP + public IP), only public IP should matter.

In theory, 128*256*256*256 = 2,147,483,648 (from 0.0.0.0 to 127.255.255.255, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Subnetwork)people can have the same public IP, but different local IP if we take into account only one level of subnetwork (actually the number of people with the same public IP can be unlimited, because there can be many levels of subnetworks).

But this is just a theory. In practice only about 100 people (on average) are behind the same public IP.

I don't see any problem you couldn't buy/fight with a player in the same town (the number of such players will be less than 1%, unless there is a town full of players of this game :) ).

The solution to consider only public IP is the only logical solution to me.

Any manual work of admins is definitely not reliable and is an open way to cheaters. Moreover, players are not comfortable with human’s decision (ex, Kusika and Kotrin history).

As for transfers control we need the exact definition of how much can be transferred.
Without such definition there is no rule "limited amount of transferred gold per month / gifts/ etc." at all.

And if there is the exact definition then it is easy to write a program to do the job.

Anyway, manual work of admins is a much inferior way to a program, because humans make personal decisions and they will do mistakes from time to time. Admins should interfere only in some exceptional cases (a bug / undefined by rules situation / etc.).

I would love to see automatic control implemented.

I wonder how they do it on .ru because imo if one can swim in the sea than swimming in a pool should be a child's play......
