it wouldn't be unstoppable, you only have to have arts too! ( every fight with arts unbalance is doomed) to stop weapon enchants there are armor enchants, remember?
the rapport damage:losses would be the same, only with bigger numbers
however there could be still a limit for it...
I'm only saying to add a method to have more troops after lvl 14

Something like: "Mountain" 2000 def, 2000 hp, no attack, no moving, and you need tactics to be able to use this 3x3 size units.
The mountain can be "bred" with gargs and ogres :P
That would be the unit of my dreams as wizard :) |
This whole concept is already implemented, it is called levelling up! You get enough xp and you gain a new combat level which lets you have new troops with a small amount of choice on numbers of units you choose.
If you think about it, what is likely to be implemented at level 14 by the admins?
a) level 15 <-- not much additional work as all the code is already there, just a few more records in the. database
or
b) A whole new re-write of the code just to emulate something which is already there in a new manner. |
