Yes, I saw that. This is because no one gains when admins intervene.
Besides if the victim doesn't complain, the loan can always fall under the gift rule. So I agree with arctic that victims should do the report.
But I also like to note that during arctic's reign, the rules did imply loan terms could exceed 1 month in the terms. |

Anyway, the leaser would lose his/her TGI if he/she complain. So why would he/she complain if the one renting needs a bit more time? |

No application from victim means no penalty. Malik, if you are fair and talk with your renter, send him some gold, you will NOT BE BLOCKED, I am 100% sure of that. Your renter wont get his TGI back if you are blocked, so it is in his best interest to wait for you to return it. Of course only if you are fair, want to play, and you plan on returning the TGI as soon as possible(I know its summer).
But I would be a little concerned about the gold from your friend/ multi. That could cause you some problems/ penalty if some care to report it(I assume it has already been reported).

This player was not blocked and he didnt pay a single gold for the time overdue. He only payed for 2 week renting terms, but his renter decided to give him a chance and help him to get her TGI back. |
BTW: No thief was never punished:) Its role play c'mon. If u stole thief invitation is Role Play from thief:)
Look at some other ppl, some of them never receive TGI back...and nothing happened as always:) |

What is cheating? mean..stealing in thief guild? Have u heard about roleplay? Where no judge is here, no law. Yeah, some admins are here, but they don't bother with some thief plays..just transfers diamonds. Because diamonds are real income, not thief.;)

| For those talking about cheating, it's true the admins hardly even deal/punish with cheaters, but I've noticed that for TGIs they are very on top of things and do punish cheaters within days of a complaint instead of months for other cheating. |

If you want an example of what will happen to you if you don't return TGI, look at the Transfer Log of a player called CMEPTb
He was #1 player back then, but got blocked because he didn't return TGI in time. |

Within hours of me complaining about cheaters in general admins took action. It wasn't even an official complaint from me directed to the admins.

A few months ago I started to put the multi transfer complaints in this topic of mine: https://www.lordswm.com/forum_messages.php?tid=1850934
As you can see they don't really take notice of these, which is why in my previous post I said admins need months to take action on these.
But for TGI cheating issues I've seen many cases where admins only need a few hours to days. |
