My requirements to you:
- no any game rules violation
- you should have full arts for your level
- sublease prohibited
Rent conditions:
1) After reaching TG2 you should immediately return TGI to me (this moment is considered as rent ending)
2)
- 1st week:
1 thief art (I'll choose) which you'll receive from TG1 and TG2
- 2nd week:
2 thief arts which you'll receive from TG1 and TG2
- 3rd week and more:
3500 gold per day
3) No thief art from market is acceptable (I’ll check the protocols)
4) If you will not return TGI within a 2 months, you accept to get blocked or pay the penalty (500000 of gold) to me
