Does anyone know if the admins looked through all the clan applications? I know that the admins are back and have approved some of the clans, but have they gone through all the applications?
My application from over a month ago is still pending.
I assume that the admins have a lot to do, but are also going through the applications from oldest to newest. |

It's a threatening message and I don't want to pay with a block of my character because "in good will" I've reported another player
Hope they will choose a few policeman to attempt what the comunity was trying mantain: a few law and order. |

i believe the message is not to "inconvenience" rightful reporting but rather deter would-be perpetrators/players who choose to malign/falsely accuse others through this channel.
in some sense it mirrors real life in my country - w/o proof/evidence the complainant will face punishment in a court of law |

Exactly. It's done to avoid cases when players dig out certain parts of transfer log and forget to mention others, hoping someone they don't like gets a penalty. It's calumny, and it wastes time of sweepers, so this rules was added to avoid it.
Simply put: don't 'invent' stuff. And I'm sure, no one here has a reson to worry because of this rule. |
| I think there should be an option to accept or decline transfers. I mean, it's really easy to create a multi for the purpose of transferring stuff to someone you don't like. Someone you'd want to accuse of cheating... |

I'm sure you are right! Anyway I think that for me is better to stay out of trouble. We came from different place and different cultures. When you read something like that in my county, is like to read "mind your own business". |
