| Don't worry, Scratchy, you still have one week until one month, so, if the Administration keeps its own rules, the contract is expiring on the 25th of February. Until then, Doctor_Etk is consider legit, so, no action should be taken against. |

I know it really sucks what happened to you, but think about it from the other side, not the person who stole from you but the games side.
I am not saying you did this but imagine for a moment two friends,who don't have to be from same country, just same game, communicate via myspace or whatever and one sends tgi and the friends keeps it. Then if the administration were so inclined to give you a refund, the two friends made off with a great score.
I think for instances such as that, you should not expect anything more than sympathy.
The persons karma will come back on them, it ALWAYS does. |
3.17. The Administration does not take responsibility for the unreturned debts and does not guarantee compensation in case of swindling by other players. When a loan is not returned in time, (the time must be written in the transfer logs) the swindler will be imposed a penalty of a sum twice as much. If the term isn't posted in the transfer logs, the penalty will occur 1 month after the loan transaction. The creditor does not get compensation.

That's why you need to read the rules first before you play. A TGI is also a debt. |
to #26 i get your point but when the friend getting the refound , means he get´s the TGI back would be fine. The other one dont give back the Invite gets a penalty twice as much or get´s blocked . so they deal no good becouse they will loose more Gold or money as they invest. And of course somebody must buy the invite first.
tell me if i am wrong..and yeah they will earn bad Karma :-) |

most likely you are right, I know for me it wouldn't be worth it.
but I'm sure there are those out there who are clever enough to make a worthwhile scam work for them as long as they got their money back if they were able to get it back. |

to post Nr. 22 you where wrong..Dr_ETK is now blocked..funny thing is that he aswered me today and he told me he got problems with the money and he will retourn my Invite..
and now guess what . i really tried to buy a new invite for 80ˆ at Thief Guild..but it is not possible anny more becouse i am a thief already on lvl 2...i calculated that i have to spent 160 ˆ (400k) to get enough ingame Gold to buy a Thief Invite from market or i have to go on ambush ppl until i reach lvl 4 to get another invite which i could rent to get more income per day
i feel like i can crush my computer or just hit someone..but than i have to pay even more money
someone told me here i should just go on holyday and keep away from that game maybe i should stop support that game aswell

to F4bz..i read that rule before but are you sure this rule is correct ? we got the 18.02.2009 today when he get´s blocked and i rent the TGI on 25.01.2009.
my advice is try to read between the words |

no way. just ask those who had experienced that before. as far as i can remember LEVY is one of them. so you're not the first and the only one. and if you read the rules before, then you know that you won't get it back |

I agree: Admins must punish rule breakers.
But why admins also punish victims (Scratchy, Uliss, me and others) ??
We play fair, eaven more, we donate this game.
And what we have as payback ? Nothing.
We lose TGI, but you may read it as "someone stole my 80 Euro" (real cash for TGI). I know who is guilty, other players.
But look at it, form other side:
Admins are guilty, too.
They block player, and TGI owner have no chance to get it back.
Admins help criminal to stole my 80 Euros ?
Why they dont help victim?
In my opinion they should give back TGI to owner. It's not hard generate (create) new one TGI for them. They already do it with resources few time.
How someone may donate game next time, if he lost Euros before without any compensation ??
If I support this game thru dotation system, I want support from Admins side, too. |

oh well..i am not the only one ...this seems to be a rule change or not
admin: things go like that even you got 400 or more player who donate and you dont have to do action with only a few ppl..like Levy said (Levy Uliss Scratchy and mybe more like Shebaly said )
i know you have to say rulez are rulez..i can understand that... but why we got a punishment and cheaters..i mean ppl who try to get an advantage if they use several account to improve main account.. dont get it...dont understand me wrong becouse forum moderaters and admin ppl like "arctic" help alot to improve that game ... can come along.....i am very proud we can talk about that becouse i know this is not usual and a lot of forum moderaters try to avois any damage ..we donate that game and not the cheaaters so why admin dont try to to calm everybody down . if ppl donate that game (only way to suppoort ( of course we build a house or something ) but those ppl who build that game should help ppl with problems and i dont mean just change rule every month and say ..o well thats the new rule...they should support ppl who donate...in my case i found artic and a lot of moderators who try to calm me down...but money is money ..and if i support game with money those ppl should hear me...dont understand me wrong ...i will try to play that game and i will donate for sure ..i just want to be recognice from ppl who can say something about that and not just players who did not spent any money.. |
