for example: if my enemy has no retal units (lvl 5 sprites or even lvl 3 diamond upgrade on sprites) or wizz with lots of mana - you put bounty on me, I loose... or what if I go into fight with 1 shrew???
lvl 1 can take 1 shrew down.
pointless....
or to make it even clearer - I wanna be bountied... bounty me someone...
I'll go to duel with anyone with 1 shrew.... and I'll loose...
and what will then make one who puts bounty on my head???
