You are wrong. He can enchant 2*6% = 12%. And there is 12k discount (maybe there is 10k discount for 2*5% modifier) |

If you send me a weapon and elements, I'll return you enchanted weapon and 1000 gold for each percent (12000 max - 2*6%).
