Its VERY GOOD to upgrade smith skill
20% damage to NPC
+ 1 min. and max. damage to stacks
3% initiative
P.S. its ONLY Full set bonus
And thats item's modifers:
hat +1% initiative
pendant +1% initiative
shirt +1% initiative
boots +1% initiative
glove x2 +1 defence
shield +2 defence
sword +1 attack -1% initiative
bow Increases ranged damage by 5%.
