Description:
Since first of these capes appeared in the Empire, the thugs and thieves were forced to review their methods of finding prey: despite the beauty and expensive decor on it, it is not at all a court uniform of rich noblemen! The cape endows the wearer with the ability to pierce through any magical barrier. Only experienced and famous soldier Wizards are entrusted to equip such capes.
